The article synthesizes a model of index evaluation of innovative capacity of an enterprise. The study forms quantitative interpretational methods of potential’s components: potentialities of an innovator, his knowledge and skills, idea’s level. The author suggests economic-mathematical methods of formation of components’ indexes and a complex indicator of innovative potential at the micro level.
